At Busch Store, we understand that even the most revolutionary apparel sometimes doesn’t fit your particular brand of anarchy. That’s why we’ve crafted shipping and return policies as straightforward as our attitude-packed clothing – with just enough edge to keep things interesting.

SHIPPING YOUR REBELLION

We ship our rebellious threads worldwide (except to Asia and a few remote outposts we don’t service – even revolution has its limits). Here’s how we get your gear to you:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your rebellion is on its way.

THE REBEL’S RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our gear, but we get it – sometimes the revolution doesn’t fit quite right. Here’s how to return what doesn’t work for you:

Return Basics

• You’ve got 15 days from delivery date to initiate a return or exchange
• All items must be unworn, unwashed (we can spot a road-tested leather jacket)
• Must include original packaging with tags attached
• Include your original order number (how else do we know you’re one of us?)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because even rebels have standards, these items are final sale:

• Accessories marked as “final sale” (some rebellions can’t be undone)
• Items purchased during clearance events (those prices were already revolutionary)
• Custom or personalized apparel (made just for your unique brand of anarchy)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS (STEP-BY-STEP REBELLION)

1. Email our support rebels at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange
3. Wait for our return authorization – we’ll email you within 2 business days with instructions
4. Package your items securely – use the original packaging if possible
5. Ship to our hideout at:

6. Keep your tracking number – like any good rebel, you’ll want proof of your mission

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer – consider it the price of revolution.

For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new items (because even rebels believe in second chances).

REFUNDS: GETTING YOUR BOOTY BACK

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (allow 3-5 business days after delivery):

• Refund processing: 3-5 business days
• Payment method refunds:
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) – 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method – no shady offshore accounts here.

EXCHANGES: UPGRADING YOUR REBELLION

Want a different size or style? Follow the return process above and specify you want an exchange. We’ll ship your new items once we receive the return.

Exchanges are subject to availability – some revolutions sell out fast.
